Plastic box from Clas Ohlson
A = Stainless steel screw which is attached to the dipole and the plastic box.
B = 8mm fiberglass rod that holds dipole together.

The bottom of the box.
A = Stainless steel screw which is attached to the dipole and the plastic box.
B = Stainless steel screw that secures the box to the boom. This screw is connected to GND on UHF connector.
C = Stainless steel screw which holds the box in position on the boom.

The balanced dipole is connected to the connector via a coil made of 0.5m RG58.

I use here PCB in the center of the dipole.

Four different coil’s. Some experiments must be done before I am satisfied.

Mass production of dipoles.

Cutting antenna elements

Drilling holes in the Elements

The antenna are assembled.

The first antenna is ready for testing.

Yes, the antenna works very well. SWR 1.0
